The Data Center uses only redundant Cisco components to eliminate any single point of failure. Our network is multi-homed through redundant high-speed carriers providing fast, connectivity to our servers. Our Data Center is loaded with redundant HVAC, Battery Power and Generators to ensure uptime to each of our customers.

Carrier Connectivity

The data center connectivity is comprised of Major Tier 1 backbone providers as follows: Level (3) and Cogent for a total of 5 Gbps Meaning, we have a HUGE connection directly to the internet. Once connected to the network we have redundant firewalls and Cisco routers.

Redundancy

Built from the ground up utilizing all the latest redundancy features like: Diesel Generators, DC power to provide conditioned power to the IP floor. Our redundant Cisco routers utilize BGP4 protocol to provide redundant service through multiple providers. All systems are backed up through a daily, bi-daily or weekly backup system.

Security

Network security is a priority and includes but is not limited to the following: Redundant firewalls that stop most attacks before they start. Each of our servers are loaded with anti-virus and failure detection system that is automatically updated each time a new security flaw is discovered worldwide. Physical security is also of the utmost importance to the network. The data center have in place many of the latest security measures, including: fire detection and suppression, 24/7 armed guards, and closed circuit cameras monitoring every square foot of the facility.
